Alena Baeva performs with Slovak Philharmonic and returns to La Folle Journée Festival
Following her acclaimed debut at the La Folle Journée Festival in 2017, Alena Baeva returns to Nantes on 2 February to perform Korngold’s Violin Concerto with the Ural Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Dmitry Liss. Alena will also collaborate with pianist Vadym Kholodenko for a recital performance on 3 February of Korngold’s Violin Sonata and Bloch’s ‘Three Pictures of Chassidic Life’. Joining the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, Alena will perform Brahms’ Double Concerto with Julian Steckel conducted by Boian Videnoff. Performances are on 8 & 9 February at the Slovak Philharmonic Hall, Bratislava.
